Tracking status explanation

Outstanding: Your article was packed and shipping information was sent to the freight forwarder. It can take 3-7 working days for the freight forwarder to update the status of your order. In the meantime, your order is up to date. A NOTICE: If you find that your tracking information has been in charge of more than 10 days, please contact us at service@draussenfeet.com. We will give you an appropriate answer.

In transit: The freight forwarder accepted or picked up the show with us. The show is on the way.

Ready to deliver: The freight forwarder is about to deliver the program or is ready for collection.

Exception: Custom -made, not delivered, returned shipment to the sender or shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post and give you the shipment success number to receive further instructions.

Failed attempt: The freight forwarder tried to deliver, but failed. He usually leaves a notification and tries to deliver again. Please contact the local post with the shipment succession number to arrange this
