Quality test process
The product quality examination process is divided into three parts:
-N new quality testing and standards for the warehousing of products:
1. Process: First count the number of boxes, tackle the number of goods, check the model number and size and finally open the shoe box to check whether the shoe box accessories packaging corresponds to the standard and whether the goods have quality problems.
STANDARD: Check whether the packaging matches the inner shoe box whether the product code number in the shoe box and in the shoe box matches the model number, whether the left and right shoe is wrong, the wrong color, color, size, skin fractures and other problems with product quality. (In the shoe box: Whether drying, anti-mushroom, dust bag and small accessories are available for delivery, whether fillers, certificate expectation card, three-pack instructions card are available) also pay attention to whether the shoe box can be smell of the smell of the chemical industry and whether the shoe box has mold.
-Quality examination process and standards before the first delivery:
1. Process: Check the model number and quantity according to the sales document and then open the box to check whether the goods in the shoe box have quality problems and whether the shoes and the accessories are complete.
2. Standard: Whether the shoe box and the shoes have mold and smell, whether the two shoes are wrong, false color, color, size and other quality problems caused by long storage. (Including: whether the barcode is correct, whether the contents of the shoes are complete: drywall, dust bag, small accessories, certificate maintenance card, three-pack instruction card and whether filling out the shoes is complete.)
-Reference and exchange of quality test procedures and standards:
1. Process: If you receive the goods, confirm the amount of goods, sign the receipt, unpack the goods and check the number and yards of the goods. Finally, every pair of shoes is checked for quality problems.
2. STANDARD: Check whether the shoe box is damaged or moldy, whether the shoes have been tried out or what quality problems were caused by the second sale due to trying on. Whether there are false colors, coloring, broken skin and size caused by the furnishings and other quality problems that are considered damaged; whether the packaging is complete. (Including a focal agent, dust bag, small accessories, maintenance card for certificates, instruction card for three packs and whether filling out the shoes is complete.)
