Return & reimbursement

We hope to offer services from which all of our customers benefit and hope that all customers will be satisfied with every purchase. In some cases you may want to return some items. Please read the return guideline below and we will do our best to help you. We grant a 30-day guarantee on all products.

Return process:
1. Please send a return request to our customer service department at service@draussenfeet.com and enter the items that you want to send back, and the reason.
2. After you have received the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the items to be returned.
3. Submit your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 7 working days after receiving your package. As soon as your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Solutions
Defective/manufacturing errors/quality problems,

Received the wrong article (incorrect/missing article in the package),

Package damaged on arrival.
Reimbursable, we are responsible for the return fee,

Or send a new couple.
Doesn't fit me (wrong size/color),

Opinion changed (article no longer desired).
Reimbursable, but the customer is responsible for the return costs.
Wrong shipping information. Please check your shipping information when you give up orders and let us know if you want to change the shipping information.
Other (please specify in additional comments). Please contact us, we will do our best to help you.

Return address:

Please contact us if you would like to send items back to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
A notice: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and affects the processing of your return.

Refunds:
By default, a refund goes to your original source of financing.

Reimbursement of the arrival time for various payment methods:
